The Orientation Company (TOC) is the leading provider of personalized employee benefits onboarding, strategic year-round support, and interactive communication solutions. They help employers improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction rates.

TOC wanted to enhance employee engagement with their benefit programs and improve access to information for employees, spouses, and the HR team. To achieve these objectives, they brought Zoomforth onboard as an outsourced solution for client benefit microsites, rather than building and hosting them in-house.

Before using Zoomforth, these services were delivered through in-house creative teams, which consisted of web designers, IT professionals, graphic designers, and project managers. However, the process had some pain points. The primary concern was these other solutions limited access to those with knowledge of a very technical application and coding. Additionally, clients requested a mobile app, but TOC was able to sell them on microsites due to their responsive functionality and password protection.
