Braze uses Zoomforth for two primary use-cases:

- To create user-playbooks for flagship products like Canvas

- To promote its training course catalog and learning events

While Zoomforth helped Braze to educate customers on how to use their products, it also helped them connect with customers throughout their sales cycle. Zoomforth enabled Braze to send introductory videos about their platform in a high-quality, engaging package. It wasn't just the videos — it was their integration into an informative and easy-to-read site that provided an impactful content experience.

The Impact

Braze's goal was to find a way to interact with their customers in the least amount of clicks possible. By supplementing their LMS with Zoomforth's content platform, Braze was able to reduce the number of clicks necessary for users to engage with their educational content and present personalized, curated, and flexible experiences.

The intuitive and interactive experiences Braze created with Zoomforth were enhanced with features like video backgrounds. With Zoomforth's WYSIWYG editor, Braze didn't need to rely on expensive resources like web development professionals or team members with coding experience.

Braze's Zoomforth sites impressed other teams within the company — once other departments saw what they could do, they wanted in. They combined expertise across teams to create a cohesive message and a better end product. Customers went straight from the promo to the right page with no hassle.

I love the low-code, no-code environment of Zoomforth. It's a great way for graphic designers to get started in web design, but also makes it easy for someone with no design experience to create a site.
