Custom new client onboarding process

When you come onboard, our customer service team will set you up for success.

You’ll receive a branded template for your primary use case along with a library of branded components that can be used to build out your microsites.

The initial training will be customized to your team’s skill level and we’ll be on hand every step of the way, until they are confidently creating sites on their own.

Regular end user training

Our user training services don’t stop after onboarding. Your team will have full access to drop-in refresher sessions each week, quarterly skills workshops to explore new platform features and on-demand video how-to’s.
