Questions new starters ask before day one
What should I wear on my first day?
Smart casual. Clinical staff receive uniforms during the clinic tour on Monday afternoon.
Where do I park?
Staff parking is behind the main building. Your badge opens the barrier from Tuesday; on Monday, give your name at the gate.
When is my first payday?
Halbrook pays on the last working day of the month. If you start after the 20th, your first pay arrives at the end of the following month.
Who do I call if I am ill on day one?
Call your line manager before 08:00. Their number is in your welcome email.
