Answers to the questions Pellmark's team asked in week one
Who at Pellmark can see this portal?
Only the people your project lead adds by email. Each visitor is asked to confirm their address before the portal opens.
How do we send large data files?
Upload them in the Documents section. Files up to 2 GB are accepted, and Ben Oduya is notified when a new file arrives.
What if a meeting in the calendar does not suit us?
Reply to the invitation or tell Arjun Kapoor on the weekly call. The calendar tile updates when the meeting moves.
Will the portal stay open after the review ends?
Yes, for 12 months after the handover, so your team can find the business case and the supplier data later.
